How to Cancel a GoX VPN Subscription
Cancel a GoX VPN subscription through Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel platform-managed billing.
Apple and Google control platform subscription billing. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when possible, and keep the confirmation from your store.
Steps
Identify the purchase platform
Check whether you subscribed on iPhone through Apple or on Android through Google Play. Use the same store account used at purchase.
Open subscription settings
For Apple, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For Google Play, open Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.
Select the GoX VPN entry
Choose the matching subscription and review the renewal date and account before making changes.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the platform prompts until you see confirmation. Access commonly continues through the already-paid period; the platform screen is authoritative.
If you cannot find it
Check other Apple IDs or Google accounts, purchase receipts, or the store’s official billing support. A missing entry may mean another account or platform was used.
