How to Set Up GoX VPN on Android

Install GoX VPN from Google Play, approve the Android VPN request, choose an available location, connect, and confirm the VPN is active.

Android shows a system dialog before an app can create its first VPN connection. Read it and approve only if the app and publisher match the listing you intended to install.

Steps

  1. Install from Google Play

    Open the official listing for package com.goxvpn.proxy.app. Confirm the app name and publisher QIRIN LTD, then install.

  2. Open GoX VPN

    Launch the app and review the on-screen introduction or access offer. The app contains ads and may offer optional subscriptions.

  3. Choose a location if needed

    Use the available location selection when you want a particular endpoint. Availability can change.

  4. Approve the VPN request

    Tap the primary connection control. Android will ask whether GoX VPN may set up a VPN connection. Review and accept the system dialog.

  5. Confirm the connection

    Look for the connected state in GoX VPN and Android’s VPN/key indicator. Test a trusted HTTPS website before relying on the connection.
